This apartment is located on Via del Lago Terrione, in a residential area right between Piazza San Pietro and San Pietro train station. Vatican City and all its attractions (Basilica di San Pietro, Musei Vaticani, Via della Conciliazione, the Necropolis, and many more) is only a short walk from the apartment. Only a few steps further you will Piazza del Risorgimento, where Via Cola di Rienzo begins, one of the most acclaimed and bustling shopping streets in Rome, leading east, right up to Piazza del Popolo. As for public transport, the stop of bus line 64 is only metres away from the apartment. This bus takes you right across the city: Over the Tiber, down Corso Vittorio Emanuele II and through the historic centre, past Campo de’ Fiori, Piazza Navona, and Largo Argentina to Piazza Venezia, and finally up Via Nazionale all the way to Termini central railway station.
More public transport can be found on Piazza del Risorgimento, through which countless bus lines run. Alternatively, at only a stone's throw from there, you will find the Line A metro station “Ottaviano-San Pietro”, from which the famous Piazza di Spagna is only 3 metro-stops away. From the metro station “Spagna” you can easily access the Spanish Steps, the Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona, Campo de' Fiori, Piazza del Popolo and Villa Borghese.
