This apartment is located in Via Gioberti, north of Arno River, not far from Piazza Beccaria.
The apartment is located in a strategic spot: barely a 15-minutes walk away from the historic centre, you shall be able to reach all of the interesting spots in Florence on foot: Ponte Vecchio, the Galleria degli Uffizi, Forte Belvedere, the Biblioteca Nazionale and Santa Croce are all very close by. On the southern bank you will also find Piazzale Michelangelo, which is a lovely spot that you must not miss at any cost!
As for public transportation, the main railway station (Santa Maria Novella) is about 20 minutes away on foot, which will come in very handy if you arrive in Florence by train.
The property:

This apartment is located on the 4th floor (lift available). It has been completely renovated and includes a very bright, modern atmosphere.
The apartment is composed by a living room with a sofa bed (120cm wide, good for 1 adult or 2 small children), a kitchenette, a bedroom with a Queen sized bed, a bathroom with a shower and a very nice terrace.
The apartment includes 2 TV sets (LCD, TV only in Italian), AIR CONDITIONING, a washing machine, a dishwasher and a DVD player.
The size of the apartment is about 45 square metres, plus the terrace (30 square metres).
