FAQ (FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS) |

1. How can I book? This is the standard booking process: a) Use the search box to verify the availability; b) Choose the apartment that you like most; c) Fill in the reservation forms and choose the payment method (we encourage the usage of credit cards); d) Wait for our booking confirmation. Only at this stage can you consider an apartment booked. 2. How much should I pay to book an accommodation? When you try to book a property our web-site will tell you the exact amount to pay.
3. What kind of information do you need from me when I book an accommodation? We need: a) your flight details or your expected arrival time at the apartment. On the day of your arrival you will be met at the apartment - there will be someone waiting for you when you arrive, so we need to know at what time we should wait for you in the apartment. If we know your flight details we can check whether your flight is on time or not. IF WE DO NOT KNOW YOUR EXPECTED ARRIVAL TIME THERE WILL BE NO ONE WAITING FOR YOU; b) The mobile phone that you will use in Italy , if any. That number may be very useful to get in touch with you on the day of your arrival; c) The number of couples and singles of your party, in order to know how we have to prepare the beds; d) finally, any other information/need that you might think relevant for your stay.
4. What is your cancellation policy? If you cancel at any time, for any reasons, the reservation payment is forfeited. We do not refund the reservation deposit. 5. When is a booking confirmed? When you receive our booking confirmation by e-mail. 6. What happens if a booking is not confirmed? We will offer you similar properties to choose from. 7. Can you accommodate large groups? Yes, we can. Have a look at some suggestions on the “Large groups” menu on the left side. 8. Where do I get the keys? For most of the properties you will receive the keys in the apartment on the day of your arrival after having paid all the balance. 9. What does the rental fee include? For most of the properties it includes VAT, taxes, gas and electricity consumption, fresh linen and towels. There are no further costs or hidden costs to consider. However, for some properties there might be some exceptions and/or some extra fees (check on each property web-page). 10. What does the rental fee NOT include? It does not include food, and all that it is not specified in the price, as you can find on each property web-page. 11. When should I pay the balance? For most of the properties the balance is due on the day of your arrival in Cash in Euro. 12. Can I pay the balance by credit card or by cheque or traveller’s cheques? Except on some rare cases the balance must be paid in CASH in Euro. 13. Do children pay as adults? They do if they need a full bed. Please note that for many apartments in Rome a cot (for babies up to 2 years old) can be rented. 14. Is the price per apartment or per person? For most properties the prices are per night for the whole apartment. If you want to know the total price just use our search box. 15. How can I reach the apartment? In the booking confirmation you will find the exact address of the property. For the Rome apartments we suggest you our the pick-up service. 16. Do you provide transportation from/to the airports? Yes, we do. 17. Do you provide other side services? Yes, we do. Some examples are the guided tours, the Italian language and Italian cooking classes at your accommodation. 18. When should I book? If you book earlier you will have a larger choice of accommodation, so we suggest you to do it as soon as you can. 20. In Rome can I park my car close to the apartment? In Rome parking in the central areas is quite difficult, and if you are lucky enough to find a parking spot you will have to pay 1 Euro per hour during the daytime (the time varies from zone to zone). Few apartments have a private box or a public parking nearby which costs around 25 Euros per day, the cost varies according to your car’s size. 21. What are your check-in and check-out times? Unless otherwise stated, the earliest check-in time is 14:00 (2:00 p.m.) and the latest check-out time is 10:00 a.m. However, if possible, you may check-in and check-out at the time which is more convenient to you (just ask us). |
